Xian Ling Woram

Xian was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After graduating from the University of Oregon, she was a blogger for Mercy Corp focusing on global issues before moving to New York to work for an architecture and interior design firm. In 2013, Xian returned to Portland to become a legal assistant for the firm known previously as Stephens & Margolin. Inspired by the attorneys in the firm and the nature of the work, Xian applied to and attended Lewis & Clark Law School to study and rejoin the firm as an associate attorney. Xian works on both appellate and litigation matters and brings those skills to the team at Margolin Family Law.

Xian understands that whether a client is seeking help for a divorce, custody dispute, or prenuptial agreement, the legal process can be daunting and stressful. Xian strives to help clients navigate this process as smoothly as possible with both compassion and a firm advocacy of her client's goals.

In her spare time, Xian enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her energetic sons and golden retriever.
